Shipping policy

We know you want the Dr. Paws kit in your dog's paws as fast as possible. Here's exactly what to expect:

Order Processing: Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on all bundle orders. Shipping costs for individual items if applicable are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International Shipping: We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch please contact us at drpawshelp@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it immediately.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged email us at drpawshelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement right away.
