30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not happy with your results within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at drpawshelp@gmail.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must have been used as directed
- Proof of purchase required (order number or confirmation email)
How to Request a Refund: Email us at drpawshelp@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We respond to all refund requests within 24–48 business hours.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at drpawshelp@gmail.com with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
